Wyndfield West Townhouses is a 46 unit development generally located in the north east corner of the existing Wyndfield West Subdivision. This project involves a zoning by-law amendment and site plan application. It makes best use of an irregularly shaped lot and provides transition between the existing low-rise apartment buildings to the north and two-storey townhouses to the south.
