Prospect & Charles is a multi-property infill development within the Newmarket Urban Centre. The project is comprised of two 21-unit rental apartment blocks, and one 11-unit market stacked townhouse block, and a future parkland conveyance to the Town. Mid-way through the approvals process, Armstrong Planning was retained to bring the rezoning and site plan applications to completion. Our office has provided project management services for the servicing and urbanization of municipally owned laneways that intersect the development, as well as assist with facilitating parkland dedication, negotiating the site plan agreement, and obtaining associated permits (including Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority).
