Lundy's Lane is a five storey residential infill development, comprised of 76 one and two bedroom units. Our office provided initial due diligence support, assisted with selecting the consultant team, prepared and submitted rezoning and site plan applications, and represented the Owner at the public meeting. The file was appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) due to non-decision by the municipality. Our office represented the owner at the hearing, where the board member provided a verbal decision confirming their support of the uncontested evidence provided by Armstrong Planning. A final decision is being withheld until final site plan matters are resolved. Armstrong Planning is also assisting with negotiating the site plan agreement and obtaining the necessary municipal permits to facilitate the construction of this building.
