Julien Court is a 15 dwelling townhouse and semi-detached condominium development located in the Maple Heritage Conservation District in Vaughan. The project involves retention and restoration of an existing heritage dwelling, the William Bailey House, that will be used for commercial and residential purposes. The project has involved official plan and zoning amendment applications, site plan application, subdivision and condominium applications and registrations, and construction permit support.
