(Wyndfield East, 2000 - 2007, Wyndfield West, 2007 - Present)

Wyndfield is our largest master planned community to date and has more than 3,000 residential lots, schools, parks and trails. Wyndfield is located in West Brant, Brantford, and is comprised of two large subdivisions: Wyndfield East and Wyndfield West. Wyndfield East was fully built out in 2007 and is made up of over 1,100 residential lots. Wyndfield West build out is ongoing and upon completion, will comprise over 2,000 lots. The 20-phase project has involved multiple official plan and zoning amendment applications including input into the secondary planning process, committee of adjustment applications, and subdivision applications and registrations.
