The Livingston Subdivision is a multi-phased development in north-east Hagersville.  Currently, over 400 residential lots are approved, with over a 100 lots constructed to-date.  The full build-out of the subdivision is expected to occur over several years.  The development includes a joint stormwater management pond/park, retention of the woodlot, and an interconnected trail system.  The project required an amendment to the Official Plan designation, including adjustment of the urban boundary, Zoning amendments, and subdivision applications and registrations.
