Avalon is one of our largest master planned subdivisions, located north of the Grand River in Caledonia, with over 2,700 residential lots. The master planned community was designed with neighbourhood amenities including parks, trails, schools and neighbourhood commercial. The project has involved official plan and zoning amendment applications and a site plan application, as well as multiple subdivision applications and registrations.
