Uxbridge Industrial is a two-phase industrial subdivision consisting of over 60 industrial lots. Armstrong Planning was retained after approval of the Phase 1 rezoning and official plan amendments. Project duties included site plans and committee of adjustment applications for Phase 1 and 2, and rezoning and official plan amendments, subdivision application and registration for Phase 2.
