100 Eglinton Square is a proposed 35 storey mixed use development located at the intersection of Eglinton Avenue East and Pharmacy Avenue. The site is located in a part of the city known as the Golden Mile, an area that has recently seen significant intensification as a result of the new Eglinton Crosstown LRT. Our office has been involved with the Official Plan Amendment, Zoning Amendment and Site Plan Approval of the site.
