Rain & Senses is a two-phase mixed-use condominium located in Kerr Village, Oakville. The high-rise development is comprised of two towers at heights of 21 and 19 storeys. The development has 532 residential units and over 10,000 square feet of retail. The project also involved retention and relocation of the Smith Houses, two heritage homes, that are now being used for commercial purposes. Project duties have included official plan and zoning amendment applications, a site plan application, as well as condominium applications and registrations. The file was appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board (‘OMB’; now Ontario Land Tribunal).
