Quay House is mixed-use high-rise development that is 21-storeys and has over 8,000 square feet of retail fronting Queens Quay East, in downtown Toronto. The site involves land conveyances that will facilitate the creation of a new east-west road, and widening for the full build out of Queens Quay East. Project duties have involved finalizing the zoning amendment through the OMB (now Ontario Land Tribunal), a site plan application, condominium registration and overall construction permit support.
