Midtown is a 16-storey mixed-use condominium development located directly across from the future Oakwood Crosstown LRT station. Midtown is made up of 219 units and over 6,500 square feet of retail. Project duties have involved a site plan application, a minor variance application, condominium application and registration, and construction permit support. In addition, a significant component of this project involved managing the relationship between the owner and adjacent landowners including the Toronto Parking Authority and Metrolinx.
