Maverick is a mixed-use high-rise development that is 49 storeys tall and has over 5,000 square feet of retail fronting King Street in downtown Toronto. This project included significant involvement related to heritage retention and rental replacement. Project duties have involved finalizing zoning amendment applications through the OMB (now Ontario Land Tribunal), a site plan application, a rental housing application, heritage permits, condominium application and registrations, and overall construction permit support.
