Huntley Street is proposed as a 29-storey residential apartment infill development in the Bloor and Jarvis neighbourhood in downtown Toronto. The project included a comprehensive review of the existing and proposed planning framework that resulted in a detailed Planning Opinion outlining the highest and best use for the proposed development. Project duties include support for project soft cost budgeting and assisting with project proformas, coordination of planning applications including Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control.
