Eau Du Soleil is our largest high-rise mixed-use condominium development to date. Eau Du Soleil is currently the tallest building in Humber Bay Shores, Etobicoke, with towers standing at 66 and 49 storeys. The development has 1,280 residential condominium units and around 42,000 square feet of retail. Project duties have involved official plan and zoning amendment applications, a site plan application, a minor variance application, condominium application and registrations, and construction permit support. The file was appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board (‘OMB’), and Armstrong Planning prepared evidence that was presented by the expert witness at the OMB (now Ontario Land Tribunal).
