Our team is highly experienced and skilled in coordinating permit applications across a number of municipalities in Ontario. We work closely with the landowner and consultant team to prepare and coordinate permit drawings in an efficient manner in order to expedite permit review and meet project timelines. We have knowledge in preparing a variety of permit submissions including but not limited to Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO), Conservation Authority, Road Occupancy and Building Permits including Excavation and Shoring through to Superstructure for mid-rise and high-rise construction.
