The Hotel & performance venue is proposed on the Exhibition Place grounds and is comprised of a 30 storey, 382 suite hotel that is connected to a 7,000 seat, state of the art E-sports venue which will host E-sports events, concerts and other large gatherings. Armstrong Planning is involved with the site plan approval process and has also been involved as in an advisory capacity for the approvals process.
