Avalon Commercial is a small neighbourhood commercial plaza with 4 commercial buildings. The project involved coordination and submission of a site plan application to facilitate the permit process; it involved coordination with the County to secure a new access from the adjacent arterial road. Project duties included site plan application and coordination and construction permit support.
